I'm one of the people that suspect CS makes me constipated when I drink it. When I stop. and begin Pro biotics, and plain yogurt, I straighten out. This is probably due in part to the condition of my liver, It is not in the best of shape. I plan to get it well with ozone and other means, and resume testing in the fall.
