I don't know if it was yellow staph, but I suspect it. A friend had a hernia operation through her belly button.For several months afterwards her incision was infected, couldn't be healed, doctor was at a loss how to solve the problem. I gave her CS, told her to saturate a cotton ball with CS 2X/day, place cotton in belly button and cover with bandage. In 3 days, all was healed.
