CS>Making Gold colloid

At the moment i make silver colloid with 3 9V batteries. I would like to be 
able to create other colloids such as gold and copper. Can any one tell me how 
i can do this. Can you use the same techniques as silver? Do i need more 
voltage, or amps? I really appreciate as much detail as possible as i've been 
looking for some time with no luck
