Apparently not. I called a number of supplier of filters a couple of years ago and asked if it takes out the fluoride. They all said that it did not then talked liked that was a feature.
The water ionizers (alkalinizers) however do reduce the fluoride on the alkaline side, and enrich it on the acid side.
