Nancy, I have very serious questions on your testor.
Wal-Mart and Walgreen Drugs sell excellent DW. I measure with a conductance meter not a cheapie PWT They are not worth the powder to blow them up. Wal-Mart checks in a 0.02 to 0.03 uS/cc.
