I think you will find that UV light will not reduce H2O2 at all, but rather
oxidise it further to the highly reactive OH- radical.

THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT ONE SHOULD INGEST!

Even if this naturally degenerates over time (it is so reactive that it may
oxidise silver ions to a higher ionisation state Ag++), it will degenerate
back to H2O2.

This method of using H2O2 and UV light is finding application in the clean
up of industrial wastes... the output being water CO2 and salts.
