This sounds like an interesting experiment. My personal guess would be that stomach acids etc. would leech some silver, since I have seen that happen in ordinary tap water.

Roger That is not an unreasonable approach if you are willing to do it. I would suggest that you measure the shot to the nearest 10 micrograms for better measurement resolution.
