I always like to see new terms. Especially ones that I don't understand.
This presents an opportunity to learn something.

not, I wonder what year and who
coined that phrase?
OR.... is that simply a sophisticated way to spell, "Trade Secret"

If not.... could you explain or elaborate on it a bit more.
Either way, it is a good way to start the day. Now it will worry me
all day long.
