Bill,
Just in case no one else answers because everyone is waiting for someone else
to answer, here is what little I know about CS. Any PPM from 3 to 10 is good
and you can begin by taking a teaspoon twice a day for a few days and increase
when you feel like it. The only thing you might look out for is the
"Herxheimer effect" which, as I understand it, is the CS is killing off
bacteria faster than the body can eliminate them which may cause the body some
distress. It will pass. Using the "search" at the "archive" link and entering
keywords pertinent to you, you can gather a lot more info than I will ever
know. That help any?

  Subject: CS>Confused About PPM Concentrations

I've not yet started to generate my own CS, but will be soon. However,
reading the various web sites out there, I'm confused about the colloidal
strenghts, that I should use.

Can someone tell me or direct me to a good site on how to determine the
recommended PPM concentrations, and how much to administer???

  Thanks
