OK heres and interesting one for you, as well as being an annoyance. I put some more alkaline water into my jar to see if it would clean the glug of the bottom of the jar. I left the electrodes in the jar as they are attached to the lid for convenience. Now I wasnt watching and come back a bit later and one of the electrodes had virtually disintegrated. There wasnt a closed circuit so there was no current running. I would assume that because it was only one of the electrodes that the terminal played a part. The water was absolutly full of silver and cloudy. Im really annoyed cause now i have to find some more electrodes. I want some thicker ones this time. Does anyone know a place in australia that sells thick ones. I'd love to know what cause this if anyone can help. It must have some relationship to the incident where the silver was sucked right of the bottom of the jar last time. Ok thanks and take care damian
