Joan: Several months ago I ran a survey which was based on the (mostly) 
direct and indirect experience of 260 CS users. A small percentage (4.1%) had 
some (mostly) digestive discomfort. Some were taking it daily by the quart, 
and in one case, by the gallon. For the large majority of users, there was no 
correlation between how much they took and any problem with side effects. And 
even for the ones who did experience some side effects, most said that these 
problems disappeared within several weeks. Roger
