It really is that simple.
I don't think sugar is the enemy for causing cancer, but surely cancer
thrives on sugar. In other words, sugar won't contribute to starting out a
new cancerous situation unless the oxygen levels are also low.
So if ya eat a lot of sugar, burn it all up aerobically. But we do lead very
sedentary lives and combined with the oxygen-robbing effects of toxins and
improperly cleared free radicals we can run into trouble.
Sugar is also a main evil for other reasons like suppression of the immune
system.
We need to achieve better liver function, particularly stage II that
quenches free radicals produced by stage I or ozone therapies. That's one
