I'm making my own CS with LVDC (3 9-volt battteries).  I've been told that 
with 14 gague wire, at a 72 degree water temperature, using no salt solution 
and using distilled water that I can make a 5 PPM 8-ounce glass in 22.5 
minutes.  Can someone direct me to a lab where I can get it tested and see 
how many PPM i am actually making?  And do you know what it costs?
