Yes Mike, Of course I didn't have a plastic spatula melt on me, but I have
had the oven door burn the daylights out of my arm real bad. I splashed
plain CS (no cold water first) on the burn and it did NOT even bubble up at
all. The burn healed flat and wrinkled, as if I'd slept on a chenile
bedspread, not ugly and no broken skin. I was amazed. I read long ago that
cold drives the heat of a burn inward...ever heard that before?? Thats why I
didn't do it.
