I just found out why they hosed my daughter down after the WTC bombing. The building was covered with asbestos. I would appreciate any information on precautions even though it's a little late. Since I didn't know what I was dealing with, I laundered her clothing. Did I spread whatever it is to the other clothing in the machine? Is everything that she was wearing garbage....shoes, etc? Is there anything I should be doing for her? I would also like to pass along any information I can find to rescue workers. Thanks, Dotsie
