well, as far as bloodtests for overworked kidneys or liver go this is what
you would test.

Kidney.........Creatinin and BUN

Liver................ALT, AST, and GGT

My daughter gets these tests on (at least) a monthly basis for nearly 6
years.  They have never shown any difference on the months that I use CS on
her, and the months that I don't.

I generally only give CS when something is wrong........I don't give it
daily as a prophelaxis.

I'm not sure if overworked kidneys and liver are what you need to look for,
however I am absolutely positive that these are the tests that one would use
to find out if your liver or kidneys are being overworked.
