You're right Art, except that the delete key won't replace what isn't 
there! Tech discussions are pointless if the ones we're trying to help 
are driven away. Off topic stuff that might be tolerated in a sea of 
useful traffic becomes offensive when it is all that is left.

They won't seek our help if they don't trust us.

That's good advice and a helpful perspective. We've got some problems, 
yes, but we're starting from a *good* base for improvement.
