I know the FDA has made it illegal to list health claims on bottled colloidal 
silver.  I also know that it is illegal for people selling medicinal herbs to 
make health claims or prescribe their herbs for specific conditions.  Is it 
legal for sellers of the CS generators to make health claims for colloidal 
silver, and is it illegal to use other people's testimonials?
