Okay, List -- here's the BASIC QUESTION. George says (see letter below), "Guzzle CS." What does that REALLY mean? How would YOU do that? How many PPM? A gallon once a day? A half cup six times a day? On an empty stomach? Sip or swill? Spray the nose and inhale at the same time? For a day, a week, a year?
