Dear Arthur and Damian,
Thanks for your responses. I'm in the U.S., Damian (Boca Raton, FL, to be
exact!)
The reason I was considering this one is someone on another list sells this
one and it would have all kinds of directions and everything, so I'm
wondering if that would be a good start for me. I know it doesn't require
oxygen for sure. Although I must say it was interesting to see Jason's post
that "one can purchase oxygen from a welding supply house, and it is the
same quality as hospital grade oxygen. I pay $10.00 for a refill." And it
does sound like oxygen is a better way to go. If only I knew what I was
doing. I seem to work better with show-and-tell for learning. I so much
want to get into this. I appreciate both your suggestions. I'm
thinking......... Thanks a lot.
Valerie

I dont know where you are. So its hard to know what your currency is. But
allot of people seem to keep on saying that if you buy a nebulizer that you
should get an ultrasonic one. Sure an ultrasonice may be better than the
other sought, but what is required is atleast a four micron mist. Now im
buying myself a second hand one for $65 australian dollars that is not
ultrasonic. Its specs say that it atleast has a 3.5 micron mist, which is
well and trully good for the task we want it for. Now theres nothing special
about this nebulizer. Its just the run of the mill. It is a "Ventalair Forte
2". I hope this helps. I know i dont like to spend heaps of cash
Take care
damian
Oh also runs from the car battery if required
