Welcome to the list Deanna. You can buy a ready made 3-battery unit for
39.95 at www.sunstoneherbals.com That is the one I started out with and plan
to use if ever the power is out. They also have a nice selection of amber
bottles for storage and application. The one I use now is homemade with a
12V DC transformer. I cut the jack off of the end of the wires and attached
alligator clips. I took a 3" X 5" block of wood, drilled two very small
holes 2" apart. Inserted 6" silver wires into the holes and secured with
the alligator clips. Filled a quart mason jar with distilled water, plugged
in the transformer, inserted the wires into the water suspended from the
block of wood and left for 30 minutes. Removed the wires, wiped the black
sludge off of them, stirred the water(plastic spoon), placed the wires back
in for another 30 minutes. Wa La...I have CS.

Subject: CS>Silver machines

| Hi,
|
| I'm new to the list. I've been using CS for several years now but
| purchasing it ready made. I've been reading the different web sites that
| give directions for making your own machine. The web sites that say your
| own machine is unreliable, buy our ready made machine, etc. To be honest,
I
| don't know what to believe. I thought prehaps some on the list might be
| willing to help me sort through all the hoopla. I'm looking for a machine
| that will produce a consistent quality, inexpensively for a family of
four.
| Any suggestions would be helpful. We can build our own but are willing to
| purchase something ready made as well. Thanks...Deanna in MN
