It was referred to in the FDA report. It wasn't a very big study and had mostly to do with prostrate/frequent urination problems with men. I have run into other studies, also small, also by MDs and other "health practitioners".. who aren't "research" scientists...but haven't kept track of the whos and whats and wheres.
I'll agree with the FDAs insufficient evidence statement, but, it is sufficient to be at least taken seriously as an indication that "something" is going on and should be studied more vigerously.
..and the catch 22...by whom?

"I've looked into colloidal silver somewhat and find the indicators...ummm...."interesting".
C. XXXX A genuine world known pharmeceutical research scientist , department head of a leading firm with obvious conflicts of interest who will remain anonymous because he's a good friend of mine.

Bear in mind that the FDA has totally ignored several double blind
studies by MDs and thousands of testimonials as "insufficient evidence"
that colloidal silver is safe and effective.

Ken: I haven't seen the double blind study mentioned above. Can you or anyone reading this supply the references? Roger
