Thanks Fritz, I got the DNR on it and they are going to do some serious testing. They have also said they did not think that there was ever a dump or landfill there, but they were going to look into that as well. They have also sent me all of the water test reports for the last 10 years. Since I do not know how to read these reports, it does not do me too much good. I am now looking for someone to look at these reports and translate them for me.
