WHAT?! Am I missing something GOOD here? Who exactly (besides the Air
Force) will decide on WHOM to use this so-called "non-lethal weapon,"
supposedly for "peacekeeping or riot control," and at what point might that
control be expanded? You know....give an inch, take a mile. It just feels
like "You had better behave, or else....." Doesn't this give anybody else
the willies?
