BTW, I found that the coupler is not necessary at all.  I found a plastic air
hose adapter that allowed me to connect the small hose on the air brush to the
larger hose coming from my regulator at the pet store.  This allowed me to get
rid of that top with the screw on it that was leaking so badly as well.
