Fill the ear canal with cs and leave it in for 15 minutes. Then do the other ear. This may give total relief with just one application. If not, repeat a few more times. This is really amazing for what it can do not only for the ears, but also for the whole head and neck area. Works for me and I hope it works for you too. pj
