Chronic cases: 2 teaspoons to 4 ounces as required daily. For colds or flu symptoms, double or triple the usual dosage for 3 days, then follow the regime. Optimum dose may require more or less silver depending on the state of the Immune System. Kinesiology testing or muscle testing is an effective way to determine dosage.
