When everybody are talking about taking CS, one takes 3 swallows a day, the
other a liter a day, third mixes up it with food ... PLEASE MENTION WHAT PPM
are you using. Otherwise it is waste of information and our time.

Mine is 18 PPM, plus or minus, it`s homemade. I take a swallow a day, or 1/3
cup when not ill as a preventive.
Didn`t do that for a while, now I`m taking 3 swallows, and putting some in my
snoot and eyes, `cause I went and caught a cold!! I`ll be fine tomorrow, though.
