Boy that is double talk!!! Lets see. Silver has limited effect on killing bacteria. But it kills those that are not tolerant to silver, which is almost all bacteria. That it lets silver tolerant bacteria become more tolerant and that is a problem. Why is that a problem if silver has limited effect? Sounds like they want to keep the silver stuff for themselves without the possibility of creating any silver tolerant bacteria so their "private stock" won't stop working for them. Wow.
