Just a short post for some data about CS.

If you use any starter except CS (never use salt) the resultant CS will
tend to be light sensitive.

In making HVAC ARC CS in air the pH is generally about 1.5 to 3.0 which
is very acid. Buffering the CS up to between 6 and 7
will make a produce that will change color when placed in sun light.
Potassium citrate will be come a nice opaque green and sodium bicarb.
tends to run towards the red end of things.

There is also NO3 and NO2 present in varying amounts.

Unless you want to spend the money for test equipment and TEM's then
stay with LVDC !!!!!!

Of course there are some that are naturally experimenters.
