I have used alkaline water for several years, and love it. Main reason for
this is the incredibly heat and humidity in southern Japan; I sweat terribly
and become dehydrated quickly.   A liter of alkaline water goes down easily;
one liter of regular water makes me feel as though I have swallowed a bowling
ball. Regular water is sickeningly bloating. Alkaline water is "tighter"
so the same volume somehow, incredibly, seems like much less. It gets into
the body faster, too, I think.

I highly recommend alkaline water. I was very skeptical but have found it to
be wonderful.

Best,

JBB
