I use a fish pump to stir CS in the making, it works great ! I get clear CS that stays clear , and I have pushed it to 35ppm (hanna meter) and it still is the same clarity, and a good taste. My normal batch in 2 qt jar is 10 t0 15 ppm..and it works very well. Be sure to use a bubble stone on the end of the little hose.. Tel Tofflemire Phoenix, AZ
