Ed - seek out a good silversmith! Seriously, I doubt you would achieve anything worthwhile. CS making and ERW (electrolytically reduced water) making are best undertaken separately. I don't believe in vortexing - although from memory I think Marshall Dudley has found strange effects by vortexing CS past some type of magnet setup.
