Thanks, Brooks, for the additional info on the tocotrienol. I've been doing some research on the web on this substance. It is apparently a fraction of the E vitamin so I assume could not be used in place of vitamin E as a dietary supplement. Reading about tocotrienol is sure bringing me a better understanding of vitamin E.
Now I'm starting my research on beta-glucan. It too is something I know nothing about.
