Dear Mike,
Our past evaluations addressing this condition, revealed
several protocols to be quite effective.....a number of which have been
discussed on this list. For immediate relief of ACUTE presentations,
our experimental volunteers
found the topical application (via soaked cotton-balls) of a compound
solution comprised of 50% (by volume) witch hazel and 50% 10 ppm CS
....to be quite effective. In some SEVERE cases, the addition of 1% (by
volume) of a 2% solution of Lidocaine (or facsimile), proved most
efficacious.
For chronic sufferers (among our test subjects) we found the
use of toilet tissue lightly-saturated with witch hazel----applied as a
residual following EACH BM----to yield excellent on-going control.
Witch hazel exhibits very powerful reduction effects on the engorged
vessels.
p.s. As a long-term sufferer myself, I attest to the efficacy
of this simple protocol. For 35 years prior to this simple discovery, I
suffered quite severely. For the past 6 years......NO PROBLEM. Do
remember, the prophylactic control (witch hazel) mentioned
is.......critical to on-going success.
