I never ever had a canker sore in my life till a stupidf son of a family that
invited us for X mas dinner in 2000 came and brought his chicken Pox teen ager
and never told anyone. his own parents and I all got shingles and all still
suffering consequences.
So mine are caused by Chicken Pox virus which I still have horrible PAIN and
sore mouth, numb chin and lower teeth etc, etc, etc.
Whatever I use has t be on order of anti bacterial I think.

Cut all sugar/sweeteners out of your diet and see if the canker sores dont
subside.
Must do it for at least a week to see results.
