I can't discern many technical details from the website, but it's reminiscent of MIRACLE 2 (www.miracle2soap.com), a putatively benign alternative to sulphate surfactants. In addition to the liquid cleanser (which I use as a direct shampoo replacement), there's a NEUTRALIZER that's said to break down environmental chemical contaminents. People have take it internally, with positive testimonials extending to a grab bag of maladies inculding Gulf War Syndrome, and it reportedly doubles horticultural productivity when foliar-sprayed (although 4X yield is claimed for "Perfect Blossom" http://www.perfectscience.com/products/blossom.html).
