Grant: Initially, the saliva will have a higher ph level than Urine because urine is actually the body's waste, and many of the body's waste products are acidic. Nutritionists use a simple formula to estimate the overall PH level of the body as used to balance the body's fluid system. In the morning, measure the first urine and the saliva. Add these two numbers together and divide by two.
The minimum healthy PH level should be 7.0... although it rarely is!
