Bobbye, this may sound ridiculous but it won't cost you anything to try it and no one need know about it. If you will put cs in the ear canal and lie down for 15 minutes with it in the ear canal and do this for each ear---then you will get great relief for the tooth abcess. You may get total relief. And it is almost instant. After a few days or weeks, you may need to do this again. It is not, in my experience, a cure, but is an excellent treatment and palliative. pj
