You can get a small spray bottle at your local pharmace that contains saline and water. Empty the container and fill it about 1/2 full with CS(8-10ppm). Spray it in each nostril every two hours. At the same time allow a drop to fall in each ear canal and let it remain about a minute in each ear. The cold will be gone in 24 -48 hrs, and it will never get too bad.
