Several experts today believe that RA is caused by dysbiosis and a leaky gut syndrome. It is an auto immune disease. Protein particles leak across the gut into blood stream and cause an auto immune response. If there is a secondary microbe that is involved, then silver or copper may help, but will not cure the cause.
