I nebulize with about 2/3 of the little bottle that comes with the paint sprayer in Brookes design. That would be about 1/2 oz. Depending on your condition, too much could cause an excessive herx I would imagine.
CS should be easily absorbed through the lung tissue and into the blood steam, or eventually eliminated through mucus expulsion.
