Evening Terry,
Also, someone asked why the CS starter. It's so the
brewing is finished in one hour.
I have been trying to relate your methods, voltage, volume, ect to the
methods I use.
My voltage is about 1/2 as much, 52 VDC vs your 110 VDC.
The volume is 60 oz or about 1/2 gallon. If my starter and water was the
same as yours, then the one hour should give me about the same ppm, it
would appear.
Is this logic flawed, or is there something I am missing?
