This is a herx reaction of sorts. I got it when taking an oral chelation
pill. What happens is that the cilantro, and vitamin C will mobelize
the heavy metals in your body, giving you the symptoms of heavy metal
poisoning. Take lots of fluids and flush it out. You should note that
next time you take it the symptoms are less severe since the heavy metal
load will be lower, and after a few times you should not have any
symptoms at all. Be aware that chelation takes out metals, both heavy
and toxic as well as those needed for health. You should make sure to
take a mineral supplement to replace those essential metals, or I would
recommend taking an oral chelation which includes both the chelation
pills and the replacement pills. I used the extreme health brand myself
and was quite satisfied with the results.
