I've been patient while you tried repeatedly to negotiate some kind of compromise with Greg. I've tried to give you enough space to work things out. But I've also done my best to make clear to you what my interests are here. I depend on you to treat the members I entrust to you with care and respect. That includes dealing with offensive behavior when it arises, up to and including booting someone off the list when that is the only way to restore some semblance of civility. My relationship with the OT list is that as long as it remained useful and a safe place for people to go from the Silver List, I would support and promote it, gratefully. Your handling of Greg has put that relationship in jeopardy.
