I agree, My 75 year old neighbor had shingles over 7 years ago. The pain was still quite unbearable.....He saw how well I was doing on CS and decided to give it a try. He is afraid to take too much so he drinks about 2 oz per day. (I would be agressive with this problem and drink 16 oz throughout the day).
