I forgot to say that I do not use this treated water to make CS,but for all my other potable water uses,ie tea,coffee,cooking,drinking,etc. The tap water where I live is highly acidic,ie 6.0 and distilling it brings it up to a neutral PH,then adding the Concentrace mineral brings it up to an Alkiline PH of 7.4 to 7.6.This I feel is very important as our tap waters and food now-adays are deficient in minerals and nutrients.
