Well, I don't know what CMO is, but I've been taking MSM for about a month now, and my numb hands and pains up and down my arms are receding. I'm a court reporter, and most of us end up with carpal tunnel syndrome, which is what this definitely sounds like from the post. I also ordered a lotion called "ESM" which is emu oil, MSM and oregano oil. I highly recommend both of these. If this person wants the site, I will gladly pass it on where they can be purchased for a very fair price. In the past I have taken the collagen products that are sold for weight loss, and that, too, got rid of the numb hands at night, and the pains, but it's quite expensive, and after taking it for 2 months, all the symptoms returned. I also go to a chiropractor who practices upper cervical specific (they adjust atlas, the very top vertebra) but I don't know where the person lives with the spinal problem.
