This is a bit bizarre, but I need somebody to stand in as a lightning rod for a few days...
Eskimo has been working on some new spam filters and others are experiencing mail being blocked from legitimate senders. This is something that only reveals itself when the person contacts you by another channel so it's hard to know it's happening. I've had one fellow tell me he was blocked. He had to send that message from another e-mail account that wasn't. To find out how bad of a problem this is I need somebody who can send e-mail to Eskimo -- in other words, who can post to the list -- to act as relay and forward me the messages from those who are blocked. Since my account and the list servers are both at Eskimo, there's no easy way for them to tell me. Any volunteers? Thank you, in advance.
