Actually, it is easier to state that conductance is the reciprocal
of resisistance and is measured in siemens or mhos. I don't 
understand the conversion table. What does u/s represent, microsiemens?
In studying the table, I assume that (theres' that word again) by
1 mohnm you mean 1 Megohm and if so, 1 u/s = 1 Mohnm and then the
table is correct. The "m" represents milli or .001 ohms.
